ScanSafe, the world leader in Web Security Software-as-a-Service, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager in North America. As part of the senior technical management team, the right candidate will oversee all aspects of the company’s service delivery operations in North America across customer services, enterprise activations, and partner process management, ensuring our technical staff provides an exceptional customer experience through perfect execution.
Key Experience:
- Broad, enterprise-class technical knowledge in areas of software application development, networking/telecom, technical operations, information security, and business process architecture.
- Experience managing 24x7 complex operations and managing demanding requirements for after-hours project work.
- Networking background – experience working for an ISP or telecommunications provider would be ideal. Prior security services knowledge is preferred, but not essential.
