Technical Account Manager
Scansafe, the pioneer and market leader in SaaS Web Security, is looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Account Manager to join the Team.
You will be part of a small growing team of core Technicians providing a high level of customer support for ScanSafe’s premier Security-as-a-service product, now being sold via Google, AT&T, and many mainstream Partners.
You will assist the company in achieving its business objectives by executing a smooth delivery of service and to constantly improve this delivery through capture and improvement processes. To provision new clients under 1000 seats ensuring that service is activated and customers are fully trained on how to use the ScanSafe service.
Key Skills:
- Recognised IT qualification e.g. Degree Computer Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management Training (Prince2 or similar in-house PM course)
