Technical Account Manager – French Speaking

ScanSafe, the world leader in Web Security-as-a-Service, is looking for a technically sound and Client focused, Technical Account Manager to join the Team.

You will assist the company in achieving its business objectives by executing a smooth delivery of service and to constantly improve this delivery through capture and improvement processes. To provision new clients under 1000 seats, ensuring that service is activated and customers are fully trained on how to use the ScanSafe service.

Key Skills:

  • Follow a Standard Delivery Project ensuring timelines are adhered to and project/sales team members are informed at all stages of delivery.
  • Keep internal CRM delivery systems (Netsuite) up-to-date at all times ensuring that infrastructure provisioning is on time.
  • Be the primary point of contact for the client during all phases of Implementation.  To be available during times of rollout that may be non-standard hours and be ready and available on switch-over to attend to immediate corrective actions and rollback.
  • To provide a weekly update to the TAD (Technical Account Director) and Sales Teams on project status to upstream to other departmental managers and to ensure that business groups are aware of any slippage or project shift.
